Refund Policy
Four Leaf Studios, LLC
At Four Leaf Studios, every tattoo is a custom service that requires dedicated time, preparation, and artistic work. Please review this policy before purchasing a gift card, paying a deposit, or booking an appointment.
1. Tattoo Deposits
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and reserve time for your appointment. Deposits are generally nonrefundable when a client cancels, fails to attend, or cancels without sufficient notice, except where a refund is required by law or expressly stated otherwise by Four Leaf Studios.
If Four Leaf Studios cancels your appointment and cannot offer a suitable rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
If we cannot agree on the tattoo design or pricing before the tattoo begins, any applicable deposit will be refunded in full.
2. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
Please contact Four Leaf Studios as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additional deposits may be required before future appointments can be booked.
3. Custom Tattoo Designs and Artwork
Custom designs require time, planning, and creative work. Payments for completed custom artwork or design services are generally nonrefundable once the agreed-upon work has been completed or delivered, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
If a design service has not yet been completed, any refund will be evaluated based on the work performed and the terms agreed upon when the service was purchased.
4. E-Gift Cards
E-gift card purchases are generally nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards may be used toward eligible tattoo services at Four Leaf Studios, subject to applicable terms and scheduling availability.
If a gift card purchase was made in error or there is a problem with the transaction, please contact Four Leaf Studios so the issue can be reviewed.
5. Same-Day Appointments
Same-day appointments are subject to availability and approval. Any booking deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.
If we cannot agree on the tattoo design or pricing in person before beginning the tattoo, your $50 deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel after the appointment has been reserved or fail to attend, the deposit may be forfeited, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided under the terms of your booking.
6. Completed Tattoo Services
Because tattoos are permanent, refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind about a completed tattoo. If you have concerns about the quality of the work or believe something was not completed as agreed, please contact Four Leaf Studios so the matter can be reviewed.
Healing results vary, and proper aftercare is essential. Any touch-up arrangements will be evaluated individually and are subject to the studio's applicable touch-up terms.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a billing concern, contact Four Leaf Studios through the website or the contact information provided at the time of booking. Include your name, appointment date or purchase details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Each request will be reviewed according to the terms of the purchase and applicable law.
8. Policy Updates
Four Leaf Studios reserves the right to update this policy as needed. The policy and terms presented at the time of purchase or booking will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
