Refund Policy
Four Leaf Studios, LLC
At Four Leaf Studios, every tattoo is a custom service that takes dedicated time, preparation and artistic work. Please read this policy before you buy a gift card, pay a deposit or book an appointment.
1. Tattoo Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
• Standard appointments: $50 deposit
• Half-day and full-day sessions: $100 deposit
Deposits are non-refundable, with two exceptions:
• We can’t agree on your design or price. If we can’t agree on the design or price before your tattoo begins, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Four Leaf Studios cancels. If we cancel your appointment and can’t offer a rescheduled date that works for you, your deposit will be refunded in full.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
• 48 hours’ notice or more: You may reschedule, and your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. Rescheduling depends on availability.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-show: Your deposit is forfeited.
• Late arrivals: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
A new deposit may be required before you can book again after a forfeited deposit.
3. Custom Designs and Artwork
Final designs are usually shown on the day of your appointment, with time set aside for minor adjustments.
Payments for completed or delivered custom design work are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. E-Gift Cards
E-gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash. They can be used toward any eligible tattoo service at Four Leaf Studios, depending on availability. If you bought a gift card by mistake or had a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll review it.
5. Same-Day Appointments
Same-day appointments depend on availability and approval. Your same-day deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If we can’t agree on the design or price in person before we begin, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after reserving your slot or don’t show up, your deposit is forfeited.
6. Completed Tattoos
Because tattoos are permanent, we can’t give refunds because you changed your mind about a finished tattoo. If you have concerns about the quality of the work, or believe something wasn’t completed as agreed, please contact us so we can review it.
Every tattoo includes one free touch-up if needed once it has fully healed, as long as the recommended aftercare instructions were followed.
7. How to Request a Refund
Contact Four Leaf Studios at (859) 237-6733 or 4leafstudios859@gmail.com. Include your name, your appointment date or purchase details, and a short explanation. Every request will be reviewed under this policy and applicable law.
8. Policy Updates
Four Leaf Studios may update this policy as needed. The policy in effect when you book or buy applies to that booking or purchase.
